Our recruitment process is designed to discover your background and aspirations while providing an opportunity for you to become acquainted with our company structure and meet our HR teams and managers. This process is facilitated through 4 steps.

Meet your future colleagues!

These contacts with your direct manager, the department’s management and the Human Resources Department will enable you to have a full discussion about the position concerned.

Step 3

Professional personality assessment

Depending on the position to be filled, you will be able to complete a professional personality assessment. The results will be sent to you by our HR team.

Step 4

Welcome to Biotrial !

Once you have been deemed a suitable candidate and your application has been selected, we will initiate the preparation of your onboarding journey.
