Biotrial and Cap Research are pleased to announce that they have entered into exclusive negotiations with the aim of establishing a strategic partnership, including capital investment discussions.
This initiative reflects Biotrial’s commitment to expanding its international footprint and enhancing its capabilities to support clients in patient-based clinical research. Through this future partnership, Biotrial’s sponsors will gain access to a broader and more diverse patient population across the Indian Ocean and Eastern Africa, particularly in key regions such as Mauritius, where Cap Research operates facilities (with a population of 1.5 million), and Kenya (with 55 million inhabitants).
The partnership will also enable Cap Research to offer comprehensive clinical trial solutions, including biometrics, statistics, and core lab services. It will significantly increase Cap Research’s investment capacity, accelerating its development across the Indian Ocean region and Africa.
